I've shipped apps ranging from a personal finance tracker to a multi-vendor marketplace buyer app. Every one of them has had to handle Kenya's mobile realities: intermittent connectivity, mid-range Android performance, and M-Pesa as the primary payment method.
I handle everything from the initial Expo setup to TestFlight distribution to final App Store and Play Store submission — including the screenshots, metadata, and review process.

Screen-by-screen user flow before any code. Every tap, edge case, and empty state defined upfront.
Typography, colour tokens, spacing, and reusable components — established in the first sprint so nothing diverges later.
Two-week sprints, TestFlight / internal track builds after each one. You test on a real device, not a simulator.
Tested on real iOS and Android devices, including mid-range Android and poor network conditions.
Screenshots, descriptions, privacy policy, review answers — all handled. Usually 1–3 days for iOS, 1 day for Android.
